The Ordinary Arbitration Division shall perform, through the intermediary of the Chairman of this Division, all other functions relating to the efficient conduct of the proceedings pursuant to the Statutes, the Arbitration Rules and the Regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tAppeals Arbitration Division Mandate\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Constitutes Panels, whose responsibility shall be to resolve disputes concerning the decisions of sports bodies insofar as the statutes or regulations of the said sports-related bodies or a specific written agreement so provide. The Appeals Arbitration Division shall perform, through the intermediary of the Chairman of this Division, all other functions relating to the efficient conduct of the proceedings pursuant to the Statutes, the Arbitration Rules and the Regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tMediation Division Mandate\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Facilitates dispute resolution among the sports bodies and individuals by conducting expeditious mediation proceedings that shall be governed by the Statutes, the Mediation Rules and the Regulations.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chairmen of Divisions Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal is composed of the three main division, each has its powers and authority and\u00a0 chaired by a leading individual in their field.
